About Diane
Meet Diane Prince
Diane Prince began her entrepreneurial journey at 27 and sold her first staffing business in six years from launch to exit for $28 million. She then built a multiple six-figure coaching business by leveraging talent from the Philippines, allowing her to stay in her Iconic Working Zone, and later founded Caya, a premier virtual assistant and offshore staffing agency.
Diane is passionate about delegating work so that she can spend 80% of her time on the activities where she is uniquely positioned. She regularly shares her vision with her team and then turns it over to them to strategically operate and execute. Diane's co-founder, Wanna Cancio, lives in the Philippines and manages operations and recruiting while Diane oversees vision, sales, and marketing.
Diane's vision is to make entrepreneurship easier for anyone who wants to build a company. Wanna's vision is to provide meaningful remote work opportunities for people in the Philippines. Together, Diane and Wanna married their visions to create a solution for both.
