We want you to understand the opportunity and the process before you commit.

Caya opportunities are structured as independent contractor engagements, rather than traditional employment. The specific terms of your engagement will be shared before you start.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on the needs of the client and the role. Current agreements include part-time engagements of up to 20 hours per week and full-time engagements of up to 40 hours per week.

Your schedule will depend on the role and client. Some positions require alignment with client business hours, while others include a mix of scheduled and asynchronous work. Your expected schedule will be discussed upfront.

Compensation varies by role, experience, responsibilities, and client engagement. Your agreed rate and payment terms will be clearly outlined before you begin.

Yes. For remote engagements, contractors are expected to have a reliable laptop, headset, and internet connection suitable for professional work.
